Trusted African Gold Bullion Suppliers – Secure Sourcing & Delivery Across Europe
Building a Trusted Business Relationship
Successful gold trade begins with verification. Legitimate African gold suppliers operate under proper mining and export licences, provide independent assay certificates confirming purity (typically 99.99% for refined bars or documented ranges for dore and nuggets), and maintain full chain-of-custody documentation aligned with OECD and responsible sourcing standards.
Clients should always:
- Request current licences and company registration documents
- Insist on independent assay reports from accredited laboratories
- Confirm origin (Ghana, South Africa, Uganda, Tanzania, or other licensed African sources)
- Use secure communication channels and verified bank accounts only
We follow these standards rigorously. Every shipment of mine-direct African gold or LBMA-aligned African gold bars is fully documented, assayed, and prepared for legal export. This approach has enabled us to build long-term relationships with refiners, investors, and wholesalers who require ethical, conflict-free African gold suppliers.
Proven Deliveries to European Countries
Cash and Carry Procedure
Cash and carry is ideal for smaller or immediate transactions and is structured to protect the supplier as well as the buyer:
- Client submits a formal enquiry specifying quantity, purity preference, and intended collection location (usually our secure vault or designated facility in Africa).
- We issue a formal quotation based on current market pricing plus applicable premiums.
- Client provides full KYC documentation (passport/ID, proof of address, and company details if applicable) for compliance screening.
- Upon approval, the client transfers the full payment to our verified company bank account. Funds must clear completely before any gold is released.
- Once payment is confirmed, the client or their authorised representative collects the certified African gold bullion in person. Physical handover occurs only after full payment clearance and identity verification.
- All supporting documents (assay certificate, invoice, and release note) are provided at the point of collection.
This procedure ensures the seller retains full control of the gold until payment is secured and verified, eliminating credit risk and reducing the possibility of disputes.
CIF Procedure (Cost, Insurance and Freight – Structured in the Seller’s Favour)
For international buyers, particularly those in Europe. We offer CIF terms that prioritise seller security while providing convenience to the buyer:
- Client places a formal order and completes KYC/AML checks.
- We issue a proforma invoice detailing product specifications. Total CIF value (including cost of gold, insurance, and freight to the named European destination port or airport), and payment terms.
- Client remits 100% payment (or an agreed high percentage) via bank wire to our company account. Payment must clear in full before production, packing, and export processes begin.
- Once funds are confirmed, we prepare the assayed gold suppliers Africa shipment, arrange professional packing, export permits, and insured freight under our control.
- We provide the full set of shipping documents. These are (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, assay report, bill of lading/air waybill, and insurance certificate). After the goods have been dispatched.
- Risk and title transfer according to agreed Incoterms only after payment is secured and the goods are on board or in transit under the seller’s arranged insurance.
By requiring cleared funds before shipment and controlling the logistics and insurance until dispatch, the CIF structure protects the seller from non-payment while still delivering a complete door-to-port or airport service that European importers value.
