Gold trade Kenya to UAE

At Rapidlex Logistics, we facilitate structured Kenya–UAE gold trade transactions designed around professional commodity verification, secure handling, regulatory compliance, and transparent settlement procedures. Our transaction framework accommodates qualified international buyers seeking gold doré and refined gold from Kenya, with buyers or their authorized representatives permitted to attend the seller-designated transaction location and conduct onsite verification using appropriate precious-metals testing and assay equipment.

Through a controlled Cash-and-Carry (CAC) approach, parties can establish the commodity’s weight, purity, fineness, provenance, and commercial value before proceeding with settlement, documentation, and compliant export logistics to the UAE.

Buyer Onsite Inspection & Independent Assay Testing

For transaction integrity, the buyer, principal, or officially appointed representative is expected to appear onsite with an appropriate precious-metals tester, assayer, refinery representative, or accredited inspection agent.

The buyer may undertake XRF spectroscopy, specific-gravity testing, density measurement, visual inspection, bar-weight verification, and preliminary fineness determination before proceeding. Where required, samples may be subjected to fire assay (cupellation) or an independent accredited laboratory assay to establish Au fineness, karatage, gross weight, net weight, and payable gold content. All testing must be conducted transparently and with the consent of the seller.

Seller-Designated Transaction Location & Controlled Handover

The seller designates the transaction venue where the inspection, verification, negotiation, and settlement process will occur. This provides the seller with greater control over chain-of-custody, commodity security, documentation, and transaction protocols.

Following satisfactory inspection and mutually accepted assay results. The parties execute the relevant Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA), commercial invoice, assay documentation, packing/weight list, and applicable export documentation. The physical handover is performed only after the agreed commercial conditions have been satisfied and the transaction is cleared for completion.

Cash-and-Carry Settlement, Compliance & UAE Delivery

Under a Cash-and-Carry gold transaction, settlement is linked directly to the verified commodity and agreed assay parameters. Payment terms should be established in advance. This include benchmark pricing, applicable premium or discount, assay tolerance, refining charges, logistics costs, and settlement currency.

For UAE-bound shipments, the transaction must comply with applicable Kenyan export regulations. We meet customs requirements, precious-metals controls, AML/KYC procedures, sanctions screening, and UAE import requirements. Buyers should conduct appropriate counterparty due diligence and source-of-gold verification, while sellers should maintain complete provenance and export documentation.

The objective is a professionally controlled Kenya–UAE precious-metals transaction with verified purity. We also ensure documented chain-of-custody, transparent settlement, and compliant international logistics.
